Design that defines the modern banking market.

Through sustainable adaptive reuse, Yellowstone Bank’s 6,500 sf building became a contemporary, daylight-infused financial institution, pushing the design envelope on the modern banking experience. The project accommodates new employee offices, work areas, conference spaces, a file room, and a break area while aligning with the owner’s vision. The existing brick façade blended raw urban design with sleek furnishings, creating a striking fusion of classic and modern elements. Copious natural light and “daylight portals” are enhanced by custom steel surround detailing for cold weather durability. Three large skylights running the length of the building significantly reduced lighting loads and costs. Floor-to-ceiling glass offices emphasize the juxtaposition of raw and refined materials, transforming the banking experience into a harmonious blend of classic simplicity and modern luxury. The adaptive reuse transformed the building into a high-performance, contemporary facility, achieving a cost-effective, energy-efficient design with a comfortable and cohesive atmosphere.
